명나라 말, 금의위 `상안`은 백발마녀가 이끄는 것으로 알려진 영화파를 조사하는 임무를 받는다. `상안`은 조사를 하던 중 우연히 백발마녀 `연예상`을 만나게 되고, 실제 영화파의 교주는 다른 사람이라는 것을 알게 된다. 함께 영화파를 조사하면서 둘은 점점 사랑의 감정이 싹트게 되고, `연예상`은 영화파를 섬멸하기 위해 `상안` 몰래 홀로 영화파 본부로 뛰어들게 되는데…
