이 영화는 민국의 연간 위생서 말단 사무원인 쑤정(蘇正회 / 윤소덕 분)는 첫째 딸 소정(하일요 분)과 아들 소월생(초유하 분)을 데리고 성도로 귀성하러 갔다가 기차 안에서 오랫동안 헤어졌던 둘째 딸 소령(주아 분)을 만난다.열차 운행 중 쥐떼의 습격을 받고 쥐에게 물려 의식불명에 빠진 소월생과 어린 아들과 많은 물린 승객을 구하기 위해 소정회, 소팅은 소백하병원을 찾아 약물을 채취하는 모험을 감행하며 극도의 탈출을 감행한다.
