정신병원에 환자로 입원 중인 노인이 칼을 들고 병원 청소 일을 하는 여자를 쫓는다. 여자는 겁에 질리지만 노인은 여자에게 칼을 건네며 이번엔 날 쫓으라며 좀 전의 일이 장난이었음을 보여준다. 뒤이어 모든 일이 영화 속 상황임이 드러난다.
