어느날 고철더미 속에서 쓸만한 사이보그 부품을 찾고 있던 사이보그의학자 ’이드 다이스케’는
머리와 가슴만 남은 소녀 사이보그를 발견하게 되어 소생 시키고 ’갈리’라는 이름을 지어준다.
밤에는 현상금 사냥꾼으로 일하던 이드의 모습을 본 갈리는 자신도 헌터가 되고자 하는데...
