2010년 칠레에서 일어난 실화를 바탕으로 한 영화. 금과 구리를 채굴하는 광산이 무너지면서, 33명의 광부들이 지구 표면에서 수백 미터 아래의 지하에 갇히게 된다. <33>은 69일 동안 생존을 위해 필사적으로 싸운 광부들과 그들의 가족들을 그린 감동적인 휴먼 드라마이다.
