영화감독 토키타는 시나리오를 집필하며 대학교수를 하고 있다.
이혼 후 자신의 인생을 시나리오로 쓰고 있는 그는 주위의 여성과 자신의 관계를 이름만 바꾸어 대입한다.
그러던 어느 날 여고생 리츠코를 만나 시나리오 속에서 자신의 에로스를 펼치게 되고, 결국 애인과도 헤어지게 된다.
결국 여고생과 원조 관계를 가진 뒤 대학을 사임하고 혼자가 된 토키타는 시나리오를 완성하여 영화사에 가져가지만,
제작OK사인이 떨어진 직후 차에 치이고 만다.
