크레스트뷰 아카데미의 끔찍한 사건 이후 4년이 흘렀다. 언니 앨리슨의 죽음을 둘러싼 비밀을 파헤치고자 4년 후, 동생 수지가 크레스트뷰 아카데미에 들어간다. 수지는 일부러 나쁜 짓을 해 토요일에 벌을 받으러 학교에 가고, 다른 학생들과 학교에 갇히게 된다. 수지는 죽은 언니의 영상과 친구들의 증언으로 죽음의 비밀을 알아 가는데, 친구들이 한 명씩 죽기 시작한다. 문제를 해결해 보려 하지만 친구들과의 갈등은 심해지고 학교의 저주는 끝없이 펼쳐지는데…
