일본에서 둔갑술을 공부하고 있는 서양인 케이시는 같은 도장의 라이벌인 케이시에게 스승의 후계자 자리를 빼앗긴다. 도장에서 쫓겨나기까지 한 그는, 스승에게서 마지막 코가 닌자의 무기들이 보관되어 있는 곳으로 가 대대로 전해 내려오는 신비의 닌자 무기 ‘요로이 비츠’를 탈취하라는 명을 받고 뉴욕으로 가게 된다. 이 후 그는 다시 도장에 잡입하여 피비린내 나는 혈전을 벌이게 된다.
