수족관 청소부 듀스 비갈로(로브 슈나이더)는 물고기를 무척 사랑하지만 해고당한다. 일자리를 찾던 그는 부잣집 어항 청소를 하다 사고를 내 어항을 깨뜨린다. 이제 그는 이를 보상할 돈을 마련하기 위해 남창이 된다. 그의 포주는 기이할 정도로 키가 크거나 지나치게 뚱뚱한 여자, 기면발작증 환자나 투렛 증후군 환자 등 이상한 여자들만을 그에게 소개한다. 외모는 볼품없지만 그의 따뜻한 마음은 많은 여자들을 행복하게 한다.(한선희)
