자살을 기도한 후 한 정신병원에 갇힌 여동생을 만나기 위해 정신병자로 위장한 잭은 여동생을 만난 병원에서 이상한 기운을 감지한다. 정신병자를 대상으로 한 불법 연구의 부작용으로 환자들은 식육의 욕망을 느끼게 된 것이다. 환자들이 직원들을 공격해 병원은 아비규환의 지옥으로 변해가고, 잭과 여동생은 이 살육의 현장에서 탈출하기 위해 사력을 다하는데...
