흡혈 좀비와의 목숨을 건 사투! 끝까지 살아 남아라!드라큘라의 나라 루마니아에서 오래된 관 하나가 한 빌딩에 잘못 배달된다. ‘켄’을 포함한 4명의 야간 경비원들과 여기자 ‘카렌’은 그날 밤 관에서 탈출한 흡혈 좀비의 습격으로 괴물들이 되어버린 회사 동료들과 맞닥뜨리게 되고 회사 밖으로 탈출을 시도하지만 이미 세상은 흡혈 좀비들로 아비규환이 된 상황. 빌딩에 고립된 5명은 각자 무기를 만들어 좀비들과의 처절한 전쟁을 준비하게 되는데...
