어느 날 갑자기 좀비 바이러스가 창궐하고, 사람들은 이유 없는 죽임을 당한다. 원인도 방법도 모르는 상태에서 보닌(마크 앙드레 그롱당)은 베지나(디디에 루시엔)와 함께 어머니가 있는 농장으로 향하지만, 도중에 베지나는 좀비들에게 물려 죽고 만다. 중간에 합류한 타니아(모니아 초크리)와 함께 여행을 이어가지만, 좀비들의 공격은 점점 강해진다.

가까스로 도착한 어머니의 농장. 하지만 그 순간 좀비떼들이 공격을 하면서, 보닌과 사람들은 산 속으로 도망을 치게 된다.
