정의를 위해 영웅들이 돌아왔다!!!
청왕조가 무너지고 군벌 시대가 열린 1914년의 중국.
군인들이 전선으로 나간 마을에 절대권력자의 아들이자 부사령관인 ′조′가 들이닥친다.
쾌락을 위해 마을사람 셋을 죽이자 자경단 단장 ′영′이 그를 잡아들인다.
하지만 ′조′의 아버지 밑에서 일하는 부하 ′장′이 나타나 ′조가′처형당할 경우,
마을 전체가 학살을 당할것이라고 경고한다.
마을사람들은 ′조′를 풀어주려하지만 ′영′은 위험을 무릅쓰고 정의를 실현하려고 한다.
