해변가를 운전하던 제스(멜리사 조지)는 갈매기떼의 습격을 받는다. 그녀는 자신에게 다가오는 불길한 징조를 느끼지만 친구들과 함께 요트를 타고 바다로 여행을 떠난다. 결국 거대한 폭풍이 몰아치고, 그들은 바다에서 표류한다. 하지만 정처없이 떠도는 크루즈선을 발견하고 올라서는데, 시간이 멈춰버린 거대한 배안에서 누군가가 그들을 하나씩 하나씩 죽음의 공포로 몰아넣는다.
