매디의 아버지는 새 사진을 찍기 위해 숲에 들어간 이후 실종이 된다. 설리반과 매디는 실종된 아버지를 찾기 위해 위치추적을 통해 개인 사유지로 통제된 숲에 아버지의 GPS가 있다는 걸 확인 한다 몰래 숲으로 들어가게 되지만 누군가에게 공격을 당하고 쓰러지게 된다. 그 후 멸종 된줄 알았던 테러버드 의 먹잇감으로 묶여있는 신세가 된다. 탈출을 시도하던 설리반과 매디 는 돈을 벌기 위해 멸종되어가는 새들을 부화시키며 사람을 먹잇감으로 주고 있단 충격적 인 사실을 알게 되는데...
