은행 강도로 6년동안 감옥에서 보낸 여죄수 캐런 맥코이는 가석방되어 사회로 복귀, 아들을 찾아 새로운 삶을 시작하려 하나 다른 여자와 살고 있는 남편은 아들을 내주지 않는다. 여기서 예전의 두목이었던 잭이 아들을 납치 캐런을 협박하여 다시 은행을 털도록 시킨다. 할 수 없이 은행을 털게 된 캐런은 우연히 만난 바터와 함께 고도의 기술을 이용해 은행을 털고 잭 일당을 함정에 빠뜨린 뒤 무사히 아들을 구출한다.
