리사는 그곳에서 함께 일할 경관인 오셔와 만나게 되는데 그는 항상 술에 취해 지내며 산다.
그러던 어느 날, 어부인 패디는 바다에서 괴생명체를 잡아오고 그 이후부터 사람들이 목만 남긴 채 죽은 시신으로 발견된다.
이를 조사하던 리사와 오셔는 괴생명체인 그래버에 대해 알게 되고 그래버를 없애기 위한 방안을 모색해 나가는데..
